Seafood Salad Recipe
Imitation Crab & Shrimp salad recipe
  • 1- 1.5lb Imitation Crab
  • 4oz can of tiny shrimpoptional
  • 1 Small sweet onion1/4 cup, optional
  • 2 Celery stalks diced
  • 1/4cup of mayonnaise I prefer Hellmann’s
  • 1/4cup of sour cream
  • tsp Salt & Pepper to tastestart with 1/4each
  • 1/4tsp to tasteof dill
  1. Remove crab from package and separate flakes.
  2. Chop and shred the crab in a large bowl.
  3. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
  4. Refrigerate 2-3 hours or over night to blend flavors.
  5. Serve with crackers for a snack or deli rolls for a crab salad sandwich.
Recipe Notes

Adjust the mayo as needed. You can also add a teaspoon of lime juice for added zing. You can also add pasta shells for a great summer salad.
