Isn’t it so easy to fall into the same old recipes? We love cooking and grilling on the weekends, but coming up with new exciting meals that everyone in the family will love is tough.
I have one child that eats everything I cook and another that turns their nose up and won’t touch a thing. I figure I will just keep making new things and eventually wear the other child down until they like it. If that doesn’t work them more for me!
This simple recipe of Oven Roasted Balsamic Brussels Sprouts is one of those new recipes I tried and instantly fell in love with. Balsamic Vinegar is crazy good, I could literally drink it straight from the bottle. So anything made with it in it, is a winner to me! Here is my version:
Spread Brussels Sprouts out in a baking sheet and drizzle with Balsamic Vinegar.
