Balsamic Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Balsamic drizzled Brussels Sprouts, roasted in the oven.
  • I bag of shaved Brussels Sprouts
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil{do not skimp and use the cheap kind, get the good stuff}
  • balsamic vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Dried minced garlic
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Add Brussels Sprouts to a large bowl.
  3. Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic and blend.
  4. Drizzle around a 1/4 cup of olive oil over mixture and toss.
  5. Spread the Sprouts evenly over a large baking sheet pan.
  6. Drizzle Balsamic vinegar over the Brussels Sprouts, coating each one.
  7. Bake for 25-40 minutes, testing after 25 for tenderness.
