Easy Asian Slaw with Ginger Dressing
Ingredients
  • 1bag Asian Chopped Salad {make sure it’s cabbage and includes Ginger Dressing and a nut & Asian noodles packet}
  • 1/2tsp honey
  • Fresh Cilantro
  • 1/2package frozen shelled Edamamethen cooked by manufacturers directions.
  • Grilled Chicken Strips{my favorite is Kirklands Brand from Costco}
Instructions
  1. Empty the slaw from the kit into a large bowl.
  2. Add the Ginger Dressing packet.
  3. Drizzle honey over the dressing and slaw.
  4. Add your nut and crunchy noodle packet. I sometimes I skip the noodles to keep the calories down.
  5. Add a hand full of chopped fresh cilantro.
  6. Sprinkle on half the Edamame and toss.
  7. Let the salad marinate for 20-30 minutes in refrigerator.
Recipe Notes

Serve with grilled chicken. You could also serve this in a wrap or it would be awesome with chicken or fish tacos. Enjoy!
