One Sided Shabby Rose Arrangement

Well tonight was my final wedding floral class! Kinda glad it’s over, not sure if weddings are my gig. Bride-zillas aren’t something I look forward to.

Pictured is a large one sided arrangement, they are 2-3 ft wide. This one is very shabby chic, with faded yellow roses, hydrangeas, red poppy type flowers and various vines in a 6” urn. Great for a wedding or funeral.

*big sigh* One more class and I will be able to get my Floral certificate! The last one is Sympathy flowers. Everyone gets a little skirmish when they think about taking that class and sometimes opt-out.  Not really sure why, it’s not like we are making flowers in a funeral home, or with the dead. I guess it’s just the thought of the inevitable that will consume us all, that they are trying to avoid. I think I will save the arrangements I make in that class for next Halloween. Totally freak my friends out.  *scary laugh*
