Tex Mex Cheesy Salsa Dip
Layered cream cheese, beans and salsa dip.

  • 18oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 16 oz jar SalsaI use Mrs. Renfro’s Black Bean Salsa
  • 1can Black Beans, drained
  • 1 can Black Beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar
  1. Place cream cheese in a bowl and soften in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  2. Spread cream cheese over a large plate/platter. Make sure it will fit into the microwave and is able to turn.
  3. Spread corn on top of the cream cheese.
  4. Spread the black beans on top of the corn the corn.
  5. Spread salsa on top of the black beans.
  6. Top with shredded sharp cheddar.
  7. Heat in Microwave for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve with tortilla chips.

5 minutes may seem like a long time to heat his dip, but it works perfectly.
