Instructions
Make a Charcuterie Salami Rose
To make a charcuterie rose you can use a shot glass or small mouth glass.
Place a pice of salami evenly draped over the edge of the glass.
Drape another piece of salami over the edge of the glass over lapping halfway on the first piece of salami. Pressing them each slice together as you layer them. Repeat using 10-12 pieces of salami.
Flip the glass over, lightly press it into the board and gently pull out the glass to create a rose.
Create Cheese Clovers
Lay the cheese slices out on a piece of parchment paper. Press a clover shaped cookie cutter into the cheese slices to make the shamrocks.
Creating the Charcuterie Board
Fold the peppered salami in half and then fold it again into quarters. Stack the salami together in a line, use a toothpick to hold the salami together. Set them aside.
Roll the corned beef slices and set aside.
Place the cheese on the board first. Place them in different areas so they do not touch.
Place the vegetables on the board.
Place the rolled corned beef, salami roses and peppered salami on the board.
Add the soft pretzel ball and olives.
Stack crackers to fill in spaces.
Garnish with kiwi (if using) and serve!
Notes
You will use 10-12 pieces of salami per rose. The corned beef rolls are 1-2 pieces each.
