1 16ozcontainer Milk Chocolate Frosting{I use Duncan Hines®}
12-ouncepackage semi-sweet chocolate chips
Toppings: sprinklesnuts, etc.
Instructions
Line an 8×8 pan or dish with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
Place chips in a mixing bowl and melt in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. About 1 1/2-2 minutes.
Mix in a whole can of frosting in with the melted chips.
Add nuts if desired.
Spread mixture into the pan.
Add sprinkles or other toppings if desired.
Cover and place into the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set fudge.
Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Fudge should be stored in an airtight container for 1 month at room temperature. You can store fudge in the refrigerator if you desire. Just make sure it is sealed in an airtight container or it could take on the flavors of other items in the refrigerator. The cold air may also dry the fudge out.You can freeze fudge in an airtight container and it will last up to 3 months. It will defrost in about 3 hours on the counter at room temperature.
