2
tbsp
melted butter
2
tbsp
sugar
1
tsp
cinnamon
spray whipped cream
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Let the puff pastry thaw and unfold it onto a cutting board.
Spread the melted butter on one piece of the puff pastry, leaving a half inch on top and bottom.
In a small bowl mix together the cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle it on top of the melted butter.
Lay the second piece of puff pastry on top of the cinnamon sugared puff pastry.
Crimp the top and bottom of the pastries together with a fork
Using a pizza cutter, cut 15 strips of puff pastry.
To assemble the bunnies, first place a strip of pastry in a U shape.
Fold one side over the other and repeat two more times.
Press each twist firmly down on the prepared baking sheet so that each strip twisted and resembles a bunny shape.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Once completely cooled, spray a small amount of whipped cream in the u shape at the bottom of the twist to resemble a bunny tail.
