Add cream cheese and shredded cheddar to a large mixing bowl.
Use a mixer to blend the two cheeses together until well corporated.
Use a spatula to crape the sides of the bowl push the cheese mixture together.
Transfer cheese mixture to the center of a large sheet of clear plastic wrap.
Fold the plastic wrap around the mixture to create a round pumpkin shape.
Refrigerate the wrapped mixture for 2 hours or until it has hardened.
Place the Everything Bagel seasoning into a bowl.
Unwrap the cheeseball and add it the bowl with the seasoning. Roll the ball in the bagel seasoning until it is well covered.
Using the back of a butterknife, score the cheese ball to give it the lines of a pumpkin.
Push the cinnamon stick into the top of the pumpkin for a stem.
Add the pumpkin cheese ball to a plate and surround it with your favorite crackers and enjoy!

TIP: Store bought Shredded cheese may not incorporate as well as cheese shredded from a block. For best results shred the cheese manually.To make a bigger pumpkin just double the recipe! Crackers not included in Nutrition info.
