Can of crushed organic tomatoes

Red onion
chopped fine

Jalapeno pepper
chopped fine and seeds removed

Garlic clove minced

red wine vinegar

olive oil

of lime juice
Cilantro chopped to taste
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Stir to blend well.
Cover and chill until served.
Serve with tortilla chips.
Notes
To add more heat to the salsa leave in some of the seeds when chopping the jalapeno pepper.
