Imitation Crab

of mayonnaise

of sour cream
Salt & Pepper to taste

Optional Ingredients:

of lemon juice
thinly sliced green onions
chopped celery
Instructions
Remove the imatation crab from package and separate it into flakes
Chop and shred the crab in a large bowl.
Add in the mayonaise, sour cream, and dried dill.
Mix everything well until creamy and evenly coated.
Add salt and pepper to taste, and toss in celery or green onion if you like a little crunch.
Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes for best flavor or refrigerate for an hour or overnight to blend flavors.
Serve with crackers or deli rolls.
