Not sure what the Elf on the Shelf does?

Elf dolls are Scout Elves for Santa! They keep an eye on the kids and report back to Santa in the North Pole. The Elf Scouts help Santa manage his “nice list” by taking note of each family’s antics by reporting what he sees each night.

First, you adopt an Elf, and then each morning your Elf will show up in a new spot around the house waiting for someone to find them. It is super fun for the kids to search and find the Elf each morning.
