I’ve always had a soft spot for vintage Halloween decorations—there’s just something about that old-school charm that never gets old. And lately, they’re totally making a comeback, so I figured it was the perfect time to create a garland for my mantel this year.
I started digging around online, looking for inspiration from old Halloween pics and graphics like the ones I remember from when I was a kid. I had a pretty clear vision in my head… but of course, I couldn’t find the exact images I needed to pull it off.
So after a lot of scrolling (and a little frustration), I finally decided, I’ll just make them myself! And I’m so glad I did. These graphics are completely handmade, inspired by those classic vintage Halloween styles, and I think they turned out pretty fun!
The set includes a vintage Halloween cat, a vintage Halloween witch. As well as an owl and a jack-o-lantern. I even dressed them up so they looked even spookier by adding some glitter to accent the characters.
See the tutorial below. Grab the set at the bottom of the post!
