It’s time to share my fall wreath I made last month on the Make It: Fun® Blog! It is a large wreath made from folded metallic ribbon. I hope you like it!

Fall is such a fun time of the year. I couldn’t be happier when the air starts getting cooler and we break out the jackets.

Like most of you, I love to redecorate my home for the holidays. Wreaths and pumpkins are a perfect way to start the season.

Let’s make a gorgeous metallic layered wreath adorned with the perfect pop of fall foliage to welcome your guests this year.

Fall Metallic Ribbon Wreath

Cut the brown fabric into 3 inch wide strips.

Wrap the strips around the foam wreath. Secure with hot glue as you work your way around. This is your base for the ribbon.

Cut the mesh ribbon into 10inch strips. Fold the ribbon in half and glue the fold to the outer edge of the wreath.

Repeat with the next row off center from the first working inward toward the center of the wreath.

Add your pumpkin by using a wood floral pick.

Remove wire from the wood floral pick. Insert the wood pick into the bottom of the faux pumpkin and glue it in place. Place your pumpkin on the wreath.

Add wood floral picks to the pinecones by wrapping the wire around the cone and use hot glue to secure the pick. Add the pinecones and other foliage to the wreath and that’s it!

The sparkles from the ribbon make this wreath really pop in the sunlight.
