These yummy jello shots are made with cranberry jello, and cranberry vodka. The key to getting that perfect jiggle and sweetness comes from mixing in the right amounts of sugar, boiling water, and cold water.
You can even try using cranberry lime flavored vodka to make a Cosmopolitan jello shot!
Jello shots are easy to make, simply boil all the ingredients together before pouring them into plastic condiment cups. Once they’ve set, each shot can be garnished with some sugared cranberries and sprig of rosemary for an extra touch of seasonal spirit!
Cranberry Jello Shot Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup cranberry vodka or cranberry lime vodka
- 1 cup water
- 3 oz box of cranberry jello
- ¼ cup sugar
- fresh cranberries
- fresh rosemary
INSTRUCTIONS
- Boil the one cup of water in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir in the cranberry jello.
- Pour mixture into condiment cups.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours or until liquid is solid.
- Add the sugar to a small bowl.
- Rinse the cranberries to get them wet and roll them in the sugar to coat them.
- When the jello shots are solid add the cranberries and fresh rosemary as a garnish and serve!
