Looking for a flavorful cocktail this spring? Try my refreshing Sparkling Kiwi Strawberry Moscow Mule recipe made with low-carb sparkling water! For more recipes like these see my Cocktail page.

I am a sucker for low calorie low-to-no-sugar cocktails. It’s tough to come up with some recipes to try when there are only so many diet drinks to use as mixers on the market.
I think I hit the jackpot with this Sparkling Kiwi Strawberry Moscow Mule recipe though.

This sparkling kiwi strawberry Moscow Mule is the perfect drink to enjoy during the Summertime. The vodka, lime juice, and sparkling strawberry give it a fruity taste that will have you feeling relaxed and in vacation mode!
Sparkling Kiwi Strawberry Moscow Mule
I made this a Moscow Mule Cocktail by adding the ginger beer, it will have 10 sugars and low 45 calories. But if you are like me and can’t tolerate too much sugar in your toddy, it can be a fruity refreshing vodka cocktail.
Just leave out the ginger beer and it will be 0 calories and no sugar with just the sparkling water. Wow, is it good!
MAKE AHEAD: Place single servings in an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.

This sparkling moscow mule sounds so good, I just recently got a couple of the mugs and need to put them to use. I’m also planning a St. Pat’s breakfast for my kids and that punch looks PERFECT for it!
