If your kids are anything like mine, trying to get a piece of broccoli in them is nearly impossible! Well, this recipe did the trick for my daughter.
She loved the taste so much she was willing to give broccoli a try just to get to the ham mac and cheese. I would have to say this recipe is kid-approved! At least for us.
Baked macaroni and cheese has always been one of my all-time favorite meals. But when you add ham, well that is a game-changer. The two flavors are so great together!

Can you use the regular kraft mac and cheese (with the powdered cheese and milk and butter)?
Hi Beth I do not know if it will come out the same as this version. You can always try. My version has eggs to make it bind together.
I love broccoli casseroles a lot. My kids will almost eat anything that has broccoli in it. This looks like a wonderful dinner option to try.
These instructions are not complete. When do you mix broccoli and the other half of ham in?
Hi Crystal,
You add all of the ham and 1/2 of the shredded cheese. The other half of the shredded cheese goes on top. Sorry for the confusion.
