Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Bake Casserole

You could easily make this chicken broccoli bake into a keto or low-carb version by omitting the cream of chicken, cream of cheese soup, butter, and breadcrumbs.

NOTES

This recipe is so versatile. You can substitute soup flavors for what you have on hand and it pretty much tastes the same. I have used cream of cheese soup, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup and they all turned out great.
  • For a low-carb or keto version: Omit the soups, butter, and breadcrumbs.

  1. I made this recipe today. It turned out great. Added extra shredded cheese. Will make again.

  2. This looks super easy, do you cook the chicken ahead of time or do you use raw chicken and it cooks in the oven. Just ckstfuing since it says use cooked broccoli

    1. Hi Bonnie,
Yes, I usually use the chicken that is already cooked for this recipe. If you do not have that, just saute the cubed chicken until done. The recipe is great both ways.
