Today I am using my DIY skills to make a skeleton bread bowl out of a Pillsbury French Loaf! I love bread bowls for soup and dips at parties, so what a better way to spook up your Halloween party than with this creepy guy.
The recipe also includes some spooky breadsticks made out of pizza dough. Just add some marinara and they make one scary treat! I hope you enjoy my spooky recipe!
Spooky bread bowl and bones for a creepy Halloween Treat Cut random strips of the pizza dough with a pizza cutter. They do not have to be neat or even, in fact, the worse you cut them the better they are going to look. Bake for 12 minutes. Cut the belly of the skeleton out with a sharp knife and fill with it dip! I added a few squirts of red food coloring for effect and then placed his ribs on top of the dip. Place him altogether and he makes one eerie appetizer! Add your favorite Mariana in a small bowl and serve with the breadsticks! Enjoy! Recipe adapted from Kraft Halloween Mummy Spinach Dip
